Week 2

Hello Fellow Bloggers...

Well after my first week of WW, i am down .2!! yayaya so happy, i know it isnt much but im going to keep on trucking... I had a little troubles starting out, reading getting into the new program and also tracking.. I found it a little hard tracking my first week and also using my weekly points.. but i have learned that you have to consume all your daily points before you can use your weekly points... I also have released that you dont need to cut out all the junk that you eat everyday you just have to eat it all in moderation and also portion control is a big thing..

I never measured or even thought about what i was putting into my body until I started WW.. i dnt always measure all my foods but I have found that the online tracker is very helpful and useful.

This week so far I have had a few treats, but i have learned that i can eat some of those treats and also eat healthy as well as eating the junk...

I enjoy WW so far.. although i have only been doing it for a week, i feel good about my self and that is something i havent felt in a long time..

Another thing i need to do now that i am doing WW is start going to a gym or exercising more... it isnt hard to go for a walk or even a jog, but lately i have not been feeling up to it.. I have been walking for about 6 weeks now and i havent really felt a difference or seen a difference..

my question to everyone is.. "how do u stay motivated...???"
