hello everyone
well this week at weigh in.. i was up .4, my friends assured me that it could be the food i ate that day, or even the food from the night before.. im not really sure.. i am going to try my hardest this week to plan alot better and eat really healthy.. it is hard tho.. i am going to try hard and eat more veggies, fruits.. also eat my meals on time.. i used all my weekly points last night.. i went out to eat at the mandarin.. so i said heck..why not enjoy myself for one night stuff my face, eat my heart out and enjoy it.. my friend that i went with told me that she uses her 49 points and just is extremely strict with herself... i know that she has been doing this for quite sometime.. i really admire her, her strength and determination for stayin on track being herself and busting thru it.. she is alot of the reason why i wanted to start the journey on weight watchers...i wanted to change my lifestyle,change my look and most of all change the way i feel about my self,and my body.. i know that im not going to see results like right away but its just hard, a process that you have to work at everyday make small and managable changes...
my goals for this week
- exercise more
- eat fruits and vegetables
- try and walk 1 mile more then the regular 19 laps..
