Hello Everyone!!
I have great news!!! YAYAYAYA... Im down yet again for the 3rd week in a row.. I am down 2.2, i am so pleased with myself, I feel really good about myself, I feel like i can eat and live my life to the fullest.. I never thought that this program would work for me.. i know that this is only my third week doing weight watchers, but i am extremely pleased with my results thus far.. I am pleased that i can eat whatever i want and still feel great and still life my everyday life... meaning i dont really feel like i am on a diet or even trying to lose weight, because i can eat basically anything as long as it is in moderation and as long as i track my points and dont over do it... I have found it a little hard to eat out and then track my points.. I have recently purchased the dining out book, it tells u a bunch of different fast food places, and also the coolest thing i found was that it also tells u various ethnic/religious foods and there points values... now that i own the book, i try and choose places that are either in the book, or if not i eat the healthiest possible and then track it when i get home...
I have also found the etools very helpful as well.. I like tracking my foods online because i just come home log on and type away...it saves time, and lots of trees!! haha... I think that just about anywhere in the world u have computer access but sometimes, it is good to go back to using the good ol pen and paper.. I sometimes track on paper, but i enjoy the computer.. its easier and more efficient..
my goals this week..
1 walk at least once maybe twice.. depending on this shitty as weather!! eeekkk yucky... hate all this snow!!
2. eat more fruits... i eat alot of vegetables but i am lacking fruits...
3. plan more.. plan at least once or twice for the coming week, meaning meals and good healthy foods for the week... i hate coming home and looking in the freezer for something to defrost and eat.. yuck.. kinda gets old.. need to start making meals a head of time or at least cooking that night...
